CampaignManager 2.X Installation Instructions for Windows 2008 Server
1) Enable the Windows Desktop Experience in 'Add/Remove Windows Features'.
2) Download and install the
Windows BDA digital filters.
3) Restart Windows.
4) Register MSVidCtl.dll by opening a command prompt and typing: regsvr32 MSVidCtl.dll
5) Install CampaignManager.
6) Restart Windows.
